The Urban Pirate brand was born on the streets of Melbourne by people that take part in the manliest of traditions – growing a beard. Our Urban Pirate family (that we have happily dubbed the ‘Urban Pirates’) come from all walks of life, some are business men, some are tradies, some are professional beard models (they wish)… But we all have one thing in common, Great beards and you know what Uncle Ben says; “With great beard comes great responsibility”.

The greatest responsibility of an Urban Pirate is taking care of their beard. We were disappointed in the lack of quality products available to Australians that were good for your beard and weren’t full of chemicals or perfumes, so we created them! 

After a while of using our homemade beard oils and handing them out to friends and family, we realised that we have a really amazing product and we want to share them with as many people as possible. So, here we are.
